Cinnamon Rolls
½ cup sugar
2 cups of bread flour
1 ½ teaspoon salt
2 packets of dried yeast
1 ¼ cup milk
1 stick of butter, melted
1.mix all ingredients 2 mins.
2.add 1 cup of flour and 2 eggs.
3.mix for 1 mins. On highest speed.
4.add 1 cup of flour mix with spoon.
5.knead dough.
6.cover with plastic wrap and towel to let rise for 20 mins.
7.roll out.
8.put melted butter,1/3 cup of sugar, and some cinnamon powder.
9.roll up into log.
10.spray tray with non-cooking spray.
11.cut into 12 pieces put into tray.
12.turn oven to 375 for 25 mins.
GLAZE
3 cups of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup of warm water

Pinch=amount you can pick up between your thumb and forefinger
3 teaspoons=1 tablespoon
4 tablespoons=1/4 cup
5 tablespoons+1 teaspoon=1/3 cup
1 cup=8 fluid ounces
2 cups=1 pint
2 pints=1 quart
4 quarts=1 gallon
4 ounces=1/4 pound
8 ounces=1/2 pound
12 ounces=3/4 pound
16 ounces=1 pound

HOW TO MAKE SUGAR CANDY
ingredients
2 cups of sugar (1 pound)
1 cup of water
1.PREPARE THE TINFOIL . Shape the tinfoil into a bowl,smooothing it out its better to use a plastic container.
2.Pour the water and sugar into the pan.
3.Heat the sugar on the stove on medium heat. If it is too hot the sugar will burn and taste unappealing.
4.Stir contastly with wooden spoon until the sugar is completely melted and there are no more chunks. It should turn a golden-amber color.
5.Pour the liquefied sugar into the tinfoil-lined bowl and refrigerate for 20-30 min.
6.SERVE AND ENJOY!! :)
